Mr. Chen began his career at the Credit Center of CITIC Bank Head Office, laying a solid foundation for his outstanding risk management skills. With a firm belief in the future of fintech, he founded Singapore ScoreOneTech in 2017, successfully exporting the verified digital credit technology, risk control models and business model to multiple emerging markets in Southeast Asia, South Asia, Africa, etc., and obtaining financial licenses in several countries, achieving comprehensive implementation and large-scale operation from technology to business. As a strategic extension of his financial ecosystem, he also takes charge of Hong Kong Spectrum Capital - a licensed institution holding the 4th and 9th types of licenses from the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission, managing multiple funds including global credit funds, with an asset management scale of several hundred million Hong Kong dollars. Mr. Chen holds an EMBA degree from City University of Hong Kong. He once served as the head of the financial online sales business research and development team at Zhongtengxin and the head of the infrastructure department at Jieshun Technology, leading the construction and optimization of key business systems and core technical architectures. In 2023, he joined SevenSeconds and took on the role of Chief Technology Officer (CTO), dedicated to driving the company's strategic development through technological innovation.
